Vivia Home Care celebrated the opening of its’ first mainland office with a Grand Opening Event in Olympia, Washington on April 10, 2025.
The ceremony was conducted in partnership with the Thurston County Chamber of Commerce, and included a Hawaiian blessing of the new offices led by Philette Lihu’e Hamakua-Ling.

Dew-Anne thanked the attendees for joining in the festivities and spoke about the effectiveness of Vivia in making home care accessible for seniors:
“We’ve been able to help hundreds of seniors get home care and stay independent at home who otherwise wouldn’t have. And that’s really our mission – to bring affordable aging in place at home to seniors.”

Local business leaders, staff, friends and supporters were in attendance, and supporters were also able to watch the event streamed live through the Vivia Instagram website. Live music was provided at the blessing by Vivia Team Leader Zaysha Labrador.
Vivia Home Care’s innovative care model is now available in Olympia and the South Puget Sound area, and future expansion is expected later in the year.
